Suzanne McLeod sold three supernatural thrillers to Associate Publisher Jo Fletcher at Gollancz. Agent John Jarrold negotiated the deal for “a decent five-figure sum in UK pounds.”
The books will “continue the Spellcrackers.com series set in London and starring Genevieve Taylor, a Sidhe who runs into supernatural crime, dark romance and trouble at every turn.” The three new books are provisionally titled The Shifting Price of Prey, The Hidden Rune of Iron, and The Sharp Bite of Ritual.
The series started with The Sweet Scent of Blood and The Cold Kiss of Death. Volume 3, The Bitter Seed of Magic will be released this September. The first two books have been resold to Germany and the US.
McLeod lives on the South Coast of England, with her husband and dogs.
