Tim Akers‘s Heart of Veridon sold to Bibliotheque Interdite in France.
Jack Campbell (John Hemry)’s Lost Fleet: Victorious sold to Hayakawa Publishers in Japan
Simon R. Green‘s new Nightside novel, The Good, the Bad, and the Uncanny, and his new Secret Histories novel The Spy Who Haunted Me both sold to Polaris in the Czech Republic. The Good… also sold to Feder & Schwert in Germany.
Charlaine Harris‘s Club Dead and Dead to the World (Sookie Stackhouse books 3 and 4) sold to Hermes in Bulgaria. Her first three Sookie Stackhouse novels (Dead Until Dark, Living Dead in Dallas, and Club Dead) sold to Arabic-language publisher Sama Publishing in Morocco. A Touch of Dead (Sookie book 10) and Grave Secret (Harper Connelly book 4) sold to DTV in Germany. A Touch of Dead also sold to AST in Russia. Finally, Indonesian publisher Erlangga bought eight of the Sookie Stackhouse novels.
Kat Richardson‘s Greywalker was re-licensed by AST in Russia.
Brandon Sanderson‘s Warbreaker, Elantris, and the first two Stormlight Archives books (which are still forthcoming) all sold to Simon Spanton Orion/Gollancz in the UK via subagent Zeno Literary Agency “in a major five-figure deal.” Warbreaker also sold to Ediciones B in Spain. The Well of Ascension and The Hero of Ages (the second and third Mistborn novels) sold to Hayakawa in Japan. Fanucci in Italy also bought rights to The Well of Ascension.
