The Hollywood Foreign Press Association almost completely snubbed science fiction/fantasy/horror in this year’s Golden Globe Award nominations. The nominations were announced today; the award ceremony takes place at 8PM EST (5PM PST) on 17 January 2009 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, and will be televast live on NBC. The 67th Golden Globes will be the first of the new year’s television and movie awards.
