Rick Novy has launched a new serialized speculative fiction video podcast called Novy Mirror, which he both hosts and produces. The first two episodes are now available.
In Episode #1, he interviews author and psychologist Lawrence M. Schoen. “We discuss the Klingon Language Institute, his professional life as a psychologist, his new novel, Buffalito Destiny, and various other topics.”
In Episode #2, he interviews John W. Campbell Award nominee Aliette de Bodard. “We discuss her experience at the Orson Scott Card Literary Boot Camp, her Campbell nomination, her tendency to include Asian and Aztec mythology in her fantasy, and, of course, what it’s like to write at such a high level in a second language.”
