Following up last week’s news that Kate Wilson was leaving Scholastic UK, Publishers Lunch is reporting that she is headed to the newly-created post of chief executive of the Headline Publishing Group within Hachette UK. Wilson will start her new job on 5 May, reporting to Headline Managing Director and Hodder & Stoughton CEO Martin Neild—but only until Neild leaves his full-time position early next year (he’ll become a consultant to the company). After Neild’s departure, Wilson will report directly to Hachette UK CEO Tim Hely Hutchinson. At that point, Jamie Hodder-Williams will move up from Managing Director to CEO of Hodder & Stoughton.
