Neil Gaiman/Stephen Jones live call-in show this Thursday

Neil Gaiman and Stephen Jones will be participating in a live, call-in blog radio program on Thursday 15 January at 1PM EST. They’ll have a conversation about the movie Coraline and Jones’s book Coraline: A Visual Companion (which chronicles the making of the movie). The movie, of course, is the animated version of Gaiman’s own book by the same name. It is scheduled to be released 6 February with Dakota Fanning voicing the title character.
The program is accessible by telephone at 1-347-826-9684, or on publisher HarperCollins’s blogtalkradio page.
The story of Coraline, as we described in this article, is that “Coraline Jones is bored in her new home until she finds a secret door and discovers an alternate version of her life on the other side. On the surface, this parallel reality is eerily similar to her real life and the people in it—only much better. But when this seemingly perfect world turns dangerous, and her other parents (including her Other Mother voiced by Teri Hatcher) try to trap her forever, Coraline must count on her resourcefulness, determination and bravery to escape this increasingly perilous world—and save her family.”
