As previously annunced, Tor Books has reinstituted its free e-book giveaway program. This week, they’re offering two books: War for the Oaks by Emma Bull and Dogland by Will Shetterly. What makes this offering more interesting is that the two are currently finalists for the World Fantasy Award for Best Novel: Bull’s Territory and Shetterly’s The Gospel of the Knife. And what really makes this pairing stand out is that they’re the first married couple to each be finalists in this category at the same time.
The novels are both available from this page in a variety of non-DRM formats, including HTML, Sony, Mobi, and PDF. But as with all of Tor’s free ebooks, they’re both “for a limited time only.” Free registration is required to download the books.
