Next week’s Batman and Robin recalled

It looks like All Star Batman and Robin, The Boy Wonder #10 is destined to become an instant collectors’ item. DC Comics has requested that all copies of the 24 September release be recalled and/or destroyed, because some foul language in several dialogue balloons—which was supposed to be covered with black bars—is still visible. G4’s “The Feed” has more details (including the quotes) on this page.
Steven H. Silver reports copies of the issue selling for $200 on eBay, but a quick glance at press time shows a dozen or more copies at minimal prices (although some show $40 “buy it now” prices).
Oh, and the story in this issue? Written by Frank Miller, with art and cover by Jim Lee and Scott Williams, as well as a variant cover by Frank Quitely. “Batgirl, Catwoman, Black Canary, and even Detective Gordon’s better half give Gotham a headache so big it’ll split the city in two!”
