Editor John Klima writes to tell us that Electric Velocipede is “closed to submissions until further notice. It will not be opening for submissions on 1 April as previously planned. I noticed recently that I had accepted enough fiction to fill up issues into EV #20, and issue #14 has yet to be published.”
He is increasing the zine’s frequency to three issues this year (numbers 14-16) and four issues next year (17-20), but has enough content to fill them all. The full story is in this post.
