Their writers’ guidelines note that they’re looking for “science fiction, horror, fantasy, suspense, thriller, paranormal, supernatural, any genre as long as the story is on some level scary.” Their preferred lenght is 2,500-3,500 words, and they’re offering 7.5 cents per word. The guidelines go into excruciating detail on how they’ll evaluate submissions. They have previews and excerpts of several stories available on the web site, wrongworld.com.
