The World Fantasy Convention has announced the winners of this year’s Life Achievement World Fantasy Awards (which are normally announced with the rest of the winners at the convention). This year’s winners are Betty Ballantine and Diana Wynne Jones. Jones is not expected to attend the convention for health reasons, but Ballantine should be on hand to pick up her award when the other winners (as detailed in this article) are announced.
