Harlan Ellison and Fantagraphics Books Settle Lawsuit

Apparently, Harlan Ellison’s defamation lawsuit against Fantagraphics Books has been resolved. Gary Groth, head of Fantagraphics, distributed the following terse e-mail:
RE: Ellison v. Fantagraphics, Inc., et al: The litigation between the parties has been resolved. The parties are not at liberty to discuss the terms of the resolution at this time.
And indeed, neither side has been forthcoming with any further commentary.
Rather than rehash all the specifics of a lawsuit that may be concluded, we simply point interested readers to all the documents related to the case that have been posted on Ellison’s web site. The main page has links to the original complaint (which was filed 5 September 2006) and several other documents (but no comment on the resultion).
