Ellen Datlow reports that The Coyote Road: Trickster Tales, which she co-edited with Terri Windling, launched with several successul events last weekend. First was Ellen’s appearance with contributor Richard Bowes on Jim Freund’s Hour of the Wolf on Saturday morning from 5 to 7AM. The show is broadcast every week on New York’s WBAI 99.5 FM, and streamed on the web.
On Sunday, there was a group reading and discussion at New York City’s Books of Wonder with contributors Steve Berman, Jedediah Berry, Richard Bowes, Ellen Kushner, and Delia Sherman. Ellen’s photographs of the event are available on her Flickr page.
The weekend’s festivities concluded with a Monday evening group reading and signing hosted by the New York Review of Science Fiction at the South Street Seaport’s Melville gallery. Jim Freund hosted, refreshments were served, and again, Ellen took pictures, which are here.
