David G. Hartwell picks the best of last year’s stories

Editor David G. Hartwell has just released the table of contents for his Year’s Best SF 18 (covering the calendar year 2012), which, he notes is “delayed, but out before the end of 2013.” Tor is scheduled to publish the 416-page mass market paperback on December 10th.81QG6k7M7PL
