We have news to pass on from our magazines.

The short fiction word rate at Analog Science Fiction and Fact and Asimov’s Science Fiction is increasing from 6-8 cents per word to 7-9 cents per word. This change will affect the payment rates for all novellas, novelettes, and short stories. The increase will affect stories purchased from today (November 29, 2012) forward.
