This year’s Hugo Award ballot was announced today. Members of this year’s World Science Fiction Convention, Chicon 7, are eligible to vote (ballots are due by 31 July). Winners will be announced at a ceremony on 2 September during the convention, which will be held 30 August-3 September in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
