Mythic Delirium temporarily closing to submissions

Editor Mike Allen writes that "Mythic Delirium will be closing to unsolicited submissions on Friday 15 August. This is a temporary closure; my busy schedule has severely slowed my response times for well over a year now, and because Issue 19, due to be published in October, is nearly full, I felt it best to close Mythic Delirium to submissions for the moment in order to better balance my workload. I have not yet set a date for reopening to submissions."
In other MD news, Allen notes that issue #20, scheduled to be published in Spring 2009, will "mark ten years of publication, and I intend to recruit guest editors in order to create an especially interesting concoction for subscribers. I'll announce those details when they become more concrete."
Mythic Delirium is a biannual journal that publishes science fiction, fantasy, horror, surreal, and cross-genre poetry.
