Locus is reporting that the winner of this year's Philip K. Dick Award is Nova Swing by M. John Harrison, and that Minister Faust received a special citation for From the Notebooks of Dr. Brain. The award, for best original paperback published in the US in 2007, is sponsored by the Philadelphia Science Fiction Society and awarded at Norwescon.
