The Association of Science Fiction & Fantasy Artists announced the winners of their annual Chesley Awards at Nippon 2007, this year's World Science Fiction Convention (WorldCon). The nominees were listed in this article.

The winners are:

Best Cover Illustration—Hardcover Book: Stephan Martiniere for River of Gods (by Ian McDonald, published by Pyr, March 2006)

Best Cover Illustration—Paperback Book: Daniel Dos Santos for Moon Called (by Patricia Briggs, Ace, February 2006)

Best Cover Illustration—Magazine: Renee LeCompte for Fantasy Magazine (Summer 2006)

Best Interior Illustrations: Omar Rayyan for Cricket Magazine

Best Color Work—Unpublished: Stephen Hickman for "Galadriel's Harp"

Best Monochrome Work—Unpublished: Donato Giancola for "Red Sonya" (pencil and chalk)

Best Three Dimensional Art: Laura Reynolds for "Ice Dragon"

Best Gaming Related Illustration: Todd Lockwood for "Dragons of Fearum"

Best Product Illustration: Eugenio Caballero and William Stout, production designer and conceptual designer for the movie Pan's Labyrinth

Award for Artistic Achievement: John Jude Palencar

Best Art Director: Irene Gallo (Tor Books)
