Change to Clockwork Phoenix Guidelines; Update for Mythic Delirium

By Ian Randal Strock

Due to the number of submissions he's received, and the fact that he's reading and rejecting as they come, rather than waiting for the end of the reading period, Mike Allen has announced that he is no longer accepting multiple submissions for Clockwork Phoenix. For the anthology, he's looking for genre stories that "sidestep expectations in beautiful and unsettling ways." For more information, we published this article in June, or see the Clockwork Phoenix web site.

Wearing his other hat, Allen reminds writers that he does accept multiple submissions for Mythic Delirium—the biannual journal that publishes science fiction, fantasy, horror, surreal and cross-genre poetry—despite some public listings to the contrary.
